In Gemini Global Development Egypt, Adsero assisted Chimera Capital in structuring, negotiating, and closing one of its most important real estate deals (GGDE).
Chimera has invested USD 100 million (EGP 1.5 billion) in GGDE to acquire a major minority stake in the company.
