(CRCICA) was pleased to announce holding the World’s Sole Biennial International Conference on “The Role of State Courts in International Arbitration – SHARM EL SHEIKH VII” on 9-10 December 2018 at Savoy Hotel, Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt.
This year’s agenda was designed to identify the salient judicial trends in the region and to shed light on the latest judicial practices in the most significant seats of arbitration worldwide. Through six working sessions, the program presented a unique blend of topics including salient legislative and case law developments affecting the role of state courts in international arbitration, the enforcement of interim and emergency arbitral measures, the role of state courts in ongoing and post-arbitral proceedings and the role of state and regional courts in investment arbitration.
